Why Your Quote Shows "Merchant Shipping" Fees
Myntra charges ₹23, Flipkart ₹7, Amazon.in ₹5 per order. See real proof of platform fees we pay when ordering on your behalf. No hidden markups.

The Short Answer
Indian e-commerce platforms charge mandatory fees on every order. These aren't iWishBag charges—they're fees that Myntra, Flipkart, and Amazon.in charge us when we place orders on your behalf.
Here's what they cost:
Myntra: ₹23 per order
Flipkart: ₹7 per order
Amazon.in: ₹5 per order
Show Me Proof
Fair enough. Here are screenshots from each platform's actual checkout pages:
Myntra Platform Fee

Myntra clearly shows "Platform Fee ₹23" on their checkout page
Every order from Myntra includes this ₹23 charge. It's not negotiable, and it applies to all orders—including ours when we shop on your behalf.
Flipkart Platform Fee

Flipkart charges ₹7 as "Platform Fee" during checkout
Flipkart's fee is ₹7. Same deal—mandatory for every order placed on their platform.
Amazon.in Marketplace Fee

Amazon.in charges ₹5 as "Marketplace Fee" for third-party sellers
Amazon.in calls it a "Marketplace Fee" and charges ₹5 per order.
Why We Add These to Your Quote
We include these fees in your quote because we actually pay them. When you order a Myntra shirt through iWishBag, we go to Myntra's website, add it to cart, and check out. At checkout, Myntra charges us ₹23. That cost gets passed to you transparently.
We could hide it in "handling charges" or inflate product prices. We don't. Every fee in your quote breakdown is a real cost we pay.
What If I Order from Multiple Stores?
Each platform charges its fee once per order, not per item. Here's how it works:
Example 1: Single Platform
3 Myntra products = ₹23 total (one Myntra order)
Example 2: Multiple Platforms
2 Myntra products + 1 Flipkart product = ₹23 + ₹7 = ₹30
We place two separate orders (one on Myntra, one on Flipkart), so both platform fees apply
Example 3: All Three
Myntra item + Flipkart item + Amazon.in item = ₹23 + ₹7 + ₹5 = ₹35
Can These Fees Be Avoided?
Only if you place the orders yourself. When we order on your behalf, we pay whatever the platform charges. That's why it shows up in your quote.
