No. iWishBag acts as your purchasing concierge, placing orders with independent sellers on your behalf. The seller remains responsible for product descriptions, authenticity, and warranties while we coordinate payment, customs, and delivery.

How long is my quote valid?Tap to view

Quotes are valid for 7 days unless the product price, weight, or shipping inputs change. If anything changes or your quote expires, request a refresh and we will reconfirm pricing and timelines.
What if the store price changes before I pay?Tap to view

If the seller changes the item price, promotion, or shipping charges before you pay, we will refresh the quote and share the updated amount. We won't place the order without your approval on the revised quote.
Can I keep multiple quotes active?Tap to view

Yes. You can request separate quotes for different products or stores. If items share the same origin, ask for a combined quote to reduce shipping costs where possible.
Can I cancel an approved quote?Tap to view

Quotes can be cancelled before payment is confirmed. After payment, cancellations are treated as buyer-initiated refunds and incur a NRs 200 handling fee per order; any seller restocking fees, return freight, or non-refundable service charges also apply.

Changes after payment are handled case by case. If the seller allows cancellations or edits, any restocking fees, return freight, or non-refundable service charges will be passed through. We will confirm options before proceeding.

We accept eSewa, Khalti, Fonepay QR, internet/mobile banking, bank transfers, Visa/Mastercard/AmEx, and PayPal. Payment instructions are included with each approved quote and in your order tracking dashboard.
When do I pay and how is payment confirmed?Tap to view

Pay only after you approve the quote. Once payment is received, we confirm within 1 business day and proceed with ordering and logistics. You will receive confirmation in your dashboard and by email.
What if the actual weight is different from the quote?Tap to view

We provide a best-effort estimate based on product specs and packaging norms. If the actual weight or dimensions differ once we receive and consolidate the parcel, the shipping portion of your quote will be updated to the actual weight and reflected on your invoice. We'll alert you if it changes. If you already know the accurate weight or size, please share it so we can quote more precisely.

Estimated door-to-door timelines are: United States 24-30 days, India 14-18 days, China 30-45 days by road (24-30 days by air when available), United Kingdom 14-18 days, and Europe generally 14-18 days. Timelines depend on customs clearance and carrier capacity.

We currently support deliveries to Nepal and India. Parcels are consolidated at our New York warehouse before being dispatched to the destination country with insured, trackable carriers.
How long does it take to receive a quote?Tap to view

Most quotes are prepared within 24 hours of submission. Orders with multiple products or specialty items may require up to 48 hours so our sourcing team can verify inventory and shipping costs.
Can I combine multiple products into one quote?Tap to view

Yes. When all products ship from the same country you can request a combined quote. On the order form, enable the combined quote option after selecting the same location for every product. You'll receive one quote ID covering all items.
Will my items ship together or separately?Tap to view

Items from the same origin are usually consolidated to reduce shipping costs. Items from different countries ship separately. If a partial shipment is faster, we may split parcels -- with separate tracking -- for your approval.
Will you repack or insure my parcel?Tap to view

We consolidate and may repack for safer transit. Standard shipments include basic carrier liability; if you need additional insurance or special packaging, tell us before payment so we can include it in the quote.
Why is an accurate address and phone required?Tap to view

Couriers need a correct address and reachable phone number for delivery and customs coordination. Incorrect details can cause delays or return-to-sender fees.
How do I track my shipment?Tap to view

Log in and visit the 'My Orders' page to see courier updates, delivery milestones, and proof-of-delivery. We also send status notifications by email whenever a parcel is dispatched or delivered.
Why is my tracking not updating?Tap to view

Tracking can pause during export, customs clearance, or carrier handoffs. If there is no movement for more than 3-4 business days, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.

Issues, Returns & Support

What if the item arrives damaged or not as described?Tap to view

Inspect your delivery within 48 hours, keep the packaging, and send photos or video evidence to our concierge team so we can escalate the issue. Outcomes depend on the seller's policy, and the full process is outlined at iwishbag.com/returns-and-refunds.
What items cannot be shipped?Tap to view

We cannot ship hazardous materials (e.g., flammable liquids, certain batteries), weapons or replicas, counterfeit goods, perishables, or items that violate customs rules. Share the product link if you are unsure and we will verify eligibility.
How do returns and refunds work?Tap to view

We can return items only if the seller accepts the return. Return shipping and any import duties or inbound shipping already paid are non-refundable. Only the amount refunded by the seller will be returned to you, and we charge NRs 200 per return as a handling fee.
